We have equipment to rent for nearly every event or program.  The list to your left is broken into seven general categories.  Simply click on the selection and your browser will take you there.

If for some reason you are looking for equipment that is not on our standard rental list, please feel free to give us a call or drop an email.  We can usually find it for you!  All of our equipment is professionally rated, carefully maintained and guaranteed to deliver the function it is designed to perform.

  
AUDIO

Microphones: Lavalier, hand-held, table top, wireless hand-held and wireless lavaliers

Complete DJ Systems: Dual CD or dual turntable setups, complete with mixer, amplifier, speakers, microphone, and all cabling.  You can mix and match sources or add even more.  We are happy to custom package your system any way you need it.

•   Amplifiers (many power ratings), Speakers (wide variety of sizes and types),  Mixers (4, 6, 8, and 12+ channel mixers available), Turntables (from belt-driven to Tech 1200's), Also... cassette decks, Multichannel powered mixers, Four-channel powered P.A., Minidisc, Bose 402 & 802 systems, complete lines of cables & adapters with major brands like C.B.I. & HOSA; also walkie-talkies/wireless communications, and a complete DC powered P.A. system.

Standard cables, connectors, and stands are included at no extra charge.  Custom cables and other specific items may be charged separately.  Rental prices are quoted at the daily rate.  Some items and packages may have multi-day rates.  Please ask when inquiring.  Complete audio/technical support and audio technicians are available on request.

Equipment must be picked up and returned to the store.  Delivery and setup may be arranged at an additional charge.   Arrangements may be made to ship rentals or transport packages via 3rd party carrier.  Please ask when inquiring.

  
VIDEO

Video Projectors: LCD Video & data projectors, Sony 1041, 1031, 1251, 1272, and other projectors available individually or in muti-unit packages; digital still camera, camcorders (including Panasonic VHS & SVHS), LCD PGA panels, 14"-26" video monitors, 29" multi-scan, VHS decks, 3/4" U-Matic, VHS 20" and 26" packages available.

Complete video production technicians and services (wireless systems, closed circuit systems, editing & mixing services, etc.) are available on request.  Packages and plans are custom-priced to fit your needs. Meeting/Event Support

Podiums, speaker timers, speaker phones, computer interface (most models and specifications available on request), tripod screens (6' - 8', and 10'), 6' x 8' fast fold screens, front and rear projection; dress and skirting kits available for most screen setups.
Pipe & Drape (for meetings/conferences); Projectors & stands, pointers, 35mm carousel slide projector (with wireless remote), dissolve units; flip charts & markers, chalkboards, white boards, easels; overhead projectors: including high output 4K & 6K lumens, four par-stage lighting kits and trees

Rates generally include appropriate stands, carts or cables.  Be sure to contact your meeting planner and a NEDJS technician to assure proper equipment size and fit for your specific room or meeting needs.  Some audio and projections systems require technician time for setup and operation.

  
SPECIAL EFFECTS/LIGHTING

Mirror balls: Packages with 8", 12", or 18" mirror balls, two pin spots and a mirror ball motor; general dance floor illumination, special lighting effects: multi-beam and color effects, intelligent lighting (DMX-512 linkable lighting), lighting controllers, control cables, laser effects; special effects: fog/smoke machines, bubble  machines, confetti cannons, lighting switchers; gobo spots, and strobe lights (from 35 watts to 1,500 watts).

KARAOKE

Karaoke party packages (including CDG player, over 200 of the most requested karaoke songs, library/index of music, two microphones, and all the cables necessary to hook the video to your own TV (including RF modulator, if necessary); various combinations of CDG's and/or karaoke players are available including: VocoPro, Pioneer, Sound Choice, Music Maestro, and other top manufacturers.

We have complete party packages available with experienced "KJ's" to host the show and professional sound systems suitable for larger groups.  Smaller and standard party packages are available for more private functions.  Be sure to ask a representative to recommend a system that best fits your situation or needs.

General Rental Policy: A major credit card is needed to hold a reservation for equipment.  Cancellations made less than 48 hour before the scheduled rental date will be billed as rented unless otherwise specified.  Pickups require a major credit card and a valid driver's license or state identification.  A signed, open imprint of the credit card will be held on file until the safe and satisfactory return of rented equipment.  Renters are responsible for any and all losses or damage to rented equipment regardless of reason.  Please refer to your rental agreement for more specific terms.  Rental charges are due and payable upon pickup.  Applicable taxes and/or shipping charges are separate and not included in the daily rental rates.  Call for a free rental list and rate schedule.
