Special event coordination
Let us help you with your next event, conference, or multimedia function. We have knowledgeable staff with experience in conference management & coordination as well as adult educational programs. Whether it is your first time coordinating a large event or you simply need to subcontract a portion of the details, MS Media is right for the job. Some programs may even be arranged on spec.
Let us help with your printed materials, signage, attendee traffic flow, lodging, registration and sales. MS Media Production has staff which trained with the University of Southern California's Davidson Conference Center and was actively part of the coordination and design for a variety of meetings and executive-level international conferences.
Retrospectives
Video retrospectives offer a unique and lasting way to honor a person, product, company, or institution. Whether it is an anniversary, retirement, or general presentation, our video retrospective will bring the past alive for your guests. Elements in our retrospectives have come from motion pictures, personal videos, photographs, newspaper clippings, old recordings, and many other sources.
After discussing with you the direction and overall design of your special video, we will creatively weave together the elements and present your guests with an entertaining and emotionally vibrant record of past events being honored by your special day. At your option, we will even travel to your location to personally provide and supervise its exhibition at your event or program.
Logo TV Network
Our logo-TV network is an elegant, high-tech way of adding a whole new, informative and entertaining dimension to your next trade show or conference. Through a series of monitors set up throughout your showcase floor, attendees can watch and learn more about your company, organization and/or products. (A great way to build anticipation and keep attendees in touch with the day's activities with monitors typically located in resting areas, food/beverage areas, registration lines, etc.)
Our Logo TV Network is a mobile, closed-circuit, television broadcast with your company or organization worked right into the production name. Imagine the format of a CNN Headline News cablecast; apply your company name and you have your own "network" broadcasting a variety of features, commercials, specials, announcements, interviews, product introductions, etc. right on your showcase floor! (For example: Acme Washer Company might be called Acme-TV).
We take care of the whole project from the custom designed anchor desk, real on-camera professionals, features, and "live" reports from your showcase floor.
If you would like, we can even work to help you recover 100% of the cost of providing this advanced service through unique revenue-generating "commercials" purchased by your exhibitors.
Specialty documentaries
Often, companies and organizations sponsor annual events or events which are unique to that group. At MS Media, we provide services for you to create a documentary of the entire event. Including behind the scenes footage, interviews, and lots of event coverage, our specialty documentaries are a perfect way to capture the complete essence of an event. Second only to being there in person! Church events, company trade shows, roasts, parties, fundraisers, etc. Later, copies of the documentary can be distributed to introduce your event to potential sponsors, potential attendees, or even as a gift to thank individuals or who may have contributed to a certain event's success.

If you've already done the groundwork and shot your own footage, let us help with putting it all together! Over 200 transition effects, titles, credits, and complete editing (trimming & rearranging). In addition to video post production services, we can mix multilayered and multitrack sound effects, music, and narration. Together with Audio Productions, we can record voice-over and even provide professional speaking talent for your video product. Creative services & Copy writing
If you find that a project or event you are coordinating has run into a "dry" or "flat" area you and you would like help sprucing it up, give us a call. We offer a wide range of problem-solving and creative input services through our talent pool of artists and technicians. We are available to help with copy writing, speech writing, presentation layouts, print media design and consultations. Perhaps your looking for a new twist for an old standard or reoccurring event. Our creative team will help you to formulate new themes, ideas, approaches and solve technical or delivery problems.
Set design & construction
We provide set design and construction services for some of our larger corporate clients on a regular basis. Whether it is a divisional presentation, sales/motivational meeting, a local theater production or part of a party theme that you are coordinating, let our artists and craftsman help build that special look you desire. With years of experience in theater and television set design, our crew is ready to help. We can provide painted freestanding, framed flats; three dimensional, textured surfaces; working lights and other inset accessories; moving set pieces; rollaway sections; and props (both functional and facade).
We'll even help you to dress your set, and provide the stage hands to deliver, setup and strike the set when you are finished. Let us know what you are looking to accomplish, your audience, venue, and budget. Our conceptual artist will have sketches for you usually within a week. (In this business we understand "yesterday" deadlines, so regardless of time constraints, we are usually able to accommodate even the most demanding of production schedules.)
Parade float design & construction
Everyone loves a parade. Parade floats are a perfect way for your company or organization to showcase yourself to your community. From consultation and design services to complete construction and transportation, our design team is ready. We can provide mechanical effects (like confetti launchers, moving sections, turning or moving armatures and lifts), audio effects (like a portable DC-powered sound system), and many other types of special effects to help your float come alive. We'll even be sure to work your company's logo right into the design. Our cost is extremely competitive with complete professional results. Ask about our transportation services for transferring the float to you and actually operating it for your group at the time of the parade!
Special effects
While we don't claim to be the next Industrial Light & Magic or Digital Domain, we do offer a wide range of mechanical and photographic (as well as video) special effects. We also offer consultation and construction for special stage effects, too. Some of our past mechanical effects have included a six foot flying saucer that "landed" in the middle of an evening celebration, giant, spinning turntables, and even a ten foot steaming box of French fries for a festival's food booth.
